Old suite, tiling and anything rotten underneath goes on the van. No skip sat outside for a fortnight.
Supplies and wastes re-run, falls set, valves positioned, trays bedded. Pressure tested before anything closes up.
Tile backer where it’s needed, then tiling — ours or your own tiler’s.
Suite, brassware, screens and mirrors on, wastes connected, the lot run and checked again.
Siliconed, wiped down, rubbish gone, and a walk round the controls before we leave.
What we fit
FAQs
One to two and a half weeks for most, depending on size, whether anything is moving and how much pipework gets renewed. You get a realistic timescale with the quote, not one that slips twice.
Yes, and it’s common round the newer estates. Usually the layout stays and the suite, brassware, screen and tiling change, which keeps the cost down because the first fix is already roughly where it needs to be.
Yes. We do first fix, work to their dates and come back for second fix after tiling. We’ll coordinate with them directly so nobody is waiting on anybody.
Either way. Some want one price for everything, others have already picked a suite they like. Tell us which when you ring.
Not if it’s tanked and the falls are right. That’s the whole job — a properly formed fall to the drain, tanking up the walls, and a water test before a single tile goes down.
Often, though it comes down to the soil stack and whether the waste keeps enough fall. We’ll tell you what’s possible on the first visit rather than halfway through.
Yes — hard wearing, quick to turn round, priced with a landlord’s eye rather than a showroom’s. Say it’s a rental when you ring and we’ll spec it that way.
